Revamping Breakfast

As I’ve tried to watch my carbs (yeah…that’s only going so well) I’ve realized I need to do a major overhaul on breakfast. My go-to breakfast before was usually a scone, muffin, bagel, or toast. I crave a little sweet & savory in the morning (Asiago cheese bagel at Panera with Honey Walnut cream cheese to be specific).

I’ve been in search of easy, healthy breakfast options that can satisfy any craving I may have for the morning: sweet or savory. There are so many I am dying to try and would love your thoughts on what healthy breakfast YOU enjoy most!

  • I’m a HUGE fan of breakfast cookies 😉 But seriously. I am the type to forgo breakfast altogether usually, so I generally think it’s better to eat something than nothing. That being said, the breakfast cookies and bars that we make around here have no added sugars.. they are all natural ingredients and the sweeteners are honey, chopped fruit, or some chocolate. I find that these really check all the boxes for me as far as a balance between healthy and tasty!
