Easy Charcuterie Tray

IMG_9004 I love hosting friends for dinner, but I find it hard to narrow down a menu that is both affordable, easy, and unique.

Recently, my go-to has been charcuterie trays! They are easy to assemble, can be adjusted seasonally, and allows you to spend less time prepping & more time conversing!

Typical offerings:

  • Italian meats – salami, prosciutto, sweet or spicy sorpressata
  • Olives
  • Peppadew peppers
  • Cheeses – mozzarella, ricotta, cheddar, gouda
  • Crostini, crackers, baguette
  • Nuts – pistachios, walnuts, pecans
  • Figs, dates

Seasonal offerings:

  • Pomegranates, pears, honeycrisp apples, clementines (fall/winter)
  • Roasted acorn squash, eggplant (fall/winter)
  • Peaches, Strawberries, berries, grapes (spring)
  • Burrata, raclette, brie
